Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring is supplied in packs, with each pack covering a specific area measured in square metres (m²). Ordering the correct amount will help ensure a smooth installation and minimise waste.
How to Measure Your Room
- Measure the longest length of your room.
- Measure the widest point of your room.
- Multiply the length by the width to calculate the total area in square metres (m²).
- Add an extra 5–10% to allow for cuts, wastage, and any future repairs.
Example
If your room measures:
- Length: 4m
- Width: 3.5m
Your room size is 14m².
For straight planks or tiles adding 10% extra means you'll need approximately 15.5m² of LVT flooring. We can help calculate how many packs this equates to based on your chosen product.
For Herringbone Designs please add 20%
We do not accept returns for excess packs of flooring ordered.
How LVT is Supplied
LVT flooring is sold in packs, and each pack covers a different area depending on the product. The exact pack coverage can be found on the individual product page.
Helpful Tips
- Order all of your flooring at the same time to help ensure colour consistency between packs.
- Keep a few spare planks or tiles after installation for any future repairs or replacements.
- If your room has bay windows, alcoves or an unusual shape, measure the longest and widest points to make sure you order enough flooring.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LVT flooring purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
You may return eligible LVT flooring within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:
- Unopened and in its original packaging.
- Unused and in resalable condition.
- Not fitted, damaged, or altered in any way.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Packed Flooring
LVT flooring is supplied in packs. We can only accept returns on full, unopened packs. Opened packs, loose planks, or individual tiles cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your LVT flooring arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help us assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Before Installation
Please check all packs before installation to ensure the correct product, colour, and finish have been supplied. We cannot accept claims for flooring that has already been installed where any issues were visible prior to fitting.

Lead Time
As our LVT flooring is ordered specifically for your project requirements, please allow 10–14 working days for delivery from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on stock availability and supplier lead times.
Delivery Format
LVT is supplied in packs, and your order will be carefully calculated based on the total square metre coverage required for your space.

- All LVT packs are checked and securely prepared before dispatch.
- Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange delivery where required.
- Please ensure clear access is available for unloading and handling multiple packs.
Important Information
We recommend ordering an additional 5–10% extra to allow for cuts, wastage, and fitting adjustments.
Please check all packs upon delivery before installation.
Store packs flat, dry, and at room temperature prior to fitting.
