Most orders placed with Standard Delivery should be delivered between 2 - 5 Working Days. More remote areas on the service may take up to 6 working days.

Delivery Times

Most in-stock flooring orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on product type, stock availability and delivery location. Larger or special-order items may take longer, and our team will confirm expected timescales when your order is placed.

Orders placed after midday may be processed on the next working day. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.

In most cases, deliveries are made to the external front door or nearest accessible ground floor entrance. For larger orders, our driver may require assistance unloading heavy items safely.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and inspect the goods on arrival.

We recommend checking all flooring before arranging installation, so any issues can be resolved in advance.

 

 

Home Visits and Measuring Appointments

If you’ve booked a free home visit, our team can bring selected samples directly to your property and discuss your flooring requirements in person.

This service is ideal if you’d like to see colours and finishes in your own home before placing an order.

 

Installation Advice

We always recommend arranging fitting only after your order has been delivered and checked. This helps avoid any inconvenience should there be delays outside our control.

Our experienced team can also advise on suitable fitting options for your chosen flooring.
