Standard Carpet Widths
Our carpets are typically available in one or more of the following widths:
- 4 Metres Wide
- 5 Metres Wide

How to Measure Your Room
- Measure the longest length of the room.
- Measure the widest point of the room.
- Add approximately 5cm (2 inches) to each measurement to allow for fitting and trimming.
- For irregular-shaped rooms, measure the longest and widest points.
Example
If your room measures:
- Length: 4.8m
- Width: 3.7m
You would typically require a 4m wide carpet cut to 4.85m in length.
Important Information
- Carpet is supplied and priced per square metre (m²).
- All carpets are cut specifically to your measurements.
- Once cut, carpet cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
- We recommend having your measurements checked by a professional before ordering.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- In their original packaging where applicable.
- Not damaged, cut, fitted, or altered in any way.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help us assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
