Choosing the correct carpet size is essential to achieve the best fit and minimise waste. Most carpets are manufactured in standard roll widths and are cut to the required length for your room.

Standard Carpet Widths

Our carpets are typically available in one or more of the following widths:

• 4 Metres Wide
• 5 Metres Wide

Please check the individual product specifications to confirm available widths.

How to Measure Your Room

1. Measure the longest length of the room.
2. Measure the widest point of the room.
3. Add approximately 20cm (8 inches) to each measurement to allow for fitting and trimming.
4. For irregular-shaped rooms, measure the longest and widest points.

Example

If your room measures:

• Length: 4.8m
• Width: 3.7m

You would typically require a 4m wide carpet cut to 5.00m in length.

• Carpet is supplied and priced per square metre (m²).
• All carpets are cut specifically to your measurements.
• Once cut, carpet cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
• We recommend having your measurements checked by a professional before ordering.

• Unused and in their original condition.
• In their original packaging where applicable.
• Not damaged, cut, fitted, or altered in any way.

Made-to-Order & Cut Products

Many of our carpets, vinyls, and flooring products are supplied specifically to your requested size or specification. As these products are made to order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty or have been supplied incorrectly.

We strongly recommend checking all measurements carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help us assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Before Installation

Please ensure all flooring products are checked for colour, quality, and suitability before fitting. We cannot accept claims for products that have been installed if any issues were visible prior to installation.
