Choosing the right amount of vinyl flooring is important to ensure a smooth installation with minimal waste. Vinyl is supplied by the metre and is available in a range of standard roll widths.

Standard Vinyl Widths

Our vinyl flooring is typically available in one or more of the following widths:

• 2 Metres Wide (Minimum order 2.00m x 2.00m)
• 3 Metres Wide (Minimum order 3.00 x 2.00m) *Please consider the pattern direction on your order
• 4 Metres Wide (Minimum order 4.00 x 2.00) *Please consider the pattern direction on your order

Please check the individual product page to see which widths are available for your chosen design.

The pattern should usually run the length of your room.

How to Measure a Room

• Measure the longest length of your room.
• Measure the widest point of your room.
• Add approximately 20cm (8 inches) to both the length and width to allow for trimming during installation.
• If your room has alcoves, doorways or unusual shapes, measure the longest and widest points.

Example

If your room measures:

• Length: 3.8m
• Width: 2.8m

You would typically require a 3m wide vinyl cut to 4m in length.

• Vinyl is supplied in one continuous piece wherever possible.

Standard Returns

Eligible vinyl flooring products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• In their original packaging where applicable.
• Not cut, fitted, damaged, or altered in any way.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Cut-to-Size Vinyl

Most vinyl flooring is cut specifically to your requested length. As these products are made to your requirements, cut-to-size vinyl cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.

We recommend checking all room measurements carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your vinyl flooring is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographs to help us assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Before Installation

Please inspect your vinyl flooring for any visible defects, colour variations, or damage before fitting. We cannot accept claims for products that have already been installed where any issues were apparent beforehand.
